Our SRM assay services allow for the absolute and highly accurate quantitation of tens to hundreds of different proteins and biomarkers in a single sample and require very minimal sample volume. Our assays are focused on absolute protein quantification(measurements to determine the absolute amount of a target material in a biological sample), and for this we use isotopically-labeled internal standards and sophisticated mass spectrometric methods, including selected reaction monitoring (SRM).

Our technology is rapid and inexpensive compared with ELISA development. It is more selective than any other method and can be highly multiplexed to allow for the quantification of 10s to 100s of proteins or biomarker candidates in one analysis from  blood, serum or plasma as well as any other fluids.
