Protein Quantification with Selective Reaction Monitoring
TOPLAB recently has gained a QTRAP 5500, a
modern next generation mass spectrometer offering time scheduled
targeted proteome analyses, to monitor a large number of proteins
during a single run by SRM (Selective Reaction Monitoring).
The absolute concentration of a selected set
of proteins can be determined for hundreds of patients even at the
lowest concentration levels.
Isotope labeling reagent ICPL™ now available as Quadruplex Kit.
