Toplab has an outstanding expertise in proteome analysis, protein identification and characterisation with more than 15 years experience, both, through its own scientists and its research collaborations with leading academic scientists in the field of proteomics. The company has developed and/or licensed a portfolio of proprietary technologies that is able to significantly enhance the rate of discovery of potential diagnostic markers and novel therapeutic targets.
Beside protein analytical projects, Toplab offers quality control for recombinant proteins and antibodies under GLP conform conditions. We are going ahead to introduce GLP in our labs for those kind of proteomics technologies.
We strictly use standard operating procedures (SOP) for all technologies in our lab. Some examples are: Electrophoresis (2D-PAGE), DIGE, HCP, chromatography, Gel based and gel free proteomics, ICPL, iTRAQ, quantitative mass spectrometry, nano-LC-MS MS/MS, PMF, N-terminal protein sequencing according to Edman, de novo peptide sequencing, plasma proteomics etc.
